Teaching
Ezio Moscatelli lectured for 30 years in the School of Medicine on carbohydrate, lipid and amino acid biochemistry. He has aso lectured in the undergraduate curriculum. After helping pioneer the use of problem-based learning (PBL) in the School of Medicine, he tutored PBL groups there for 10 years, in that time creating a PBL-based undergraduate honors class for pre-medical biochemistry majors.
